Personally, I love "Guns and Roses" from Baccano, Fullmetal Alchemist's "Ready Steady Go" and "Kesenai Tsumi," Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood's "Alive," Yu-Gi-Oh!'s "Shuffle" (the second Japanese opening) and the English dub's theme (gotta love the instrumental music), the English opening for Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Yu Yu Hakusho's first opening (both the English and the Japanese), and I think that's it....
Oh yeah! "I wanna be - the very best - like no one ever was!"

I hardly ever like the openings to anime. Mainly the music just isn't to my taste, but there are two that I love: the first opening to FMA: Brotherhood, and the opening to Saiunkoku Monogatari.

I have absolutely loved just about every opening One Piece has done, and almost every ending too.
I like the Bleach ending that I always think of as "Rukia's Song", though that's not what it's really called...

I felt this needed a shoutout -
Recently watching Genji Monogatari Sennenki (The Tale of Genji) for class... and while it's a really beautiful anime and has some great background music with traditional elements
THE OPENING SUCKS.
Like, it's not even a good song even beyond the fact that it's a weird J-pop thing totally out of genre for the anime. The ending is slightly better, but only in comparison. It's just a very... startling transition from the beautiful, eerie music whatever opening scene has in the background to loud pop rock.
