Check out the tributes that were made yesterday (Oct. 30th) for El Dia de los Muertos! I made a tribute to the writer of the original Japanese version of Pokemon who passed away on Oct. 29th, while others made tributes to political figures or family members.
It was a lot of fun to make the tributes, and el pan de muerte was delicious. I'd go to church every day of the week if the body of Jesus was the same kind of bread. (El pan de muerte acts as a similar type of thing, but instead of it being Jesus's body, it's the bodies of those we tributed. This was incorporated into the roots of El Dia de los Muertos because the Spaniards wanted to turn the pagan rituals that the Aztecs had into celebrations that were as Christian as possible.)
The tributes are in Evans.
